The Magic of Spring

It was a bright sunny afternoon, the onset of spring, there was magic in air. I recently finished ‘TEN’ by David duChemin and thought it was a perfect day to put the words from the book into practice.

So here I was, after strolling around in search of some beautiful budding flowers, in front of this well manicured park. And then it came, the biggest problem ….. WIND, as the flowers refuse to pose for me !.

Finally after waiting a while & using my body as a shield I was able to capture this shot using my NIKON D70s and NIKON 50mm f/1.8 lens, at the shutter speed of 1/1000 sec @ f/1.8 and pumping the ISO up to 400.
